Job Summary

The Trade & Settlement Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution and settlement of financial transactions on the Fusion Wealth platform. This role ensures that trades are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of associates and senior associates, completing one-to-ones, appraisals, and coaching as required.
  • Ensure the control framework is fit for purpose, understanding and containing key risks.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline processes, enhance scalability, and reduce manual interventions.
  • Deliver effective performance metrics to enable effective resource management and drive a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Able to achieve a high-performing team through effective people management.
  • Previous platform experience or financial services experience is preferred.
  • Studying towards industry exams is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about working in a successful organization within the finance sector.
  • People-focused, enjoying working closely with a team and improving individual performance.
