We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Platform Operations team as an Operations Associate. In this role, you will be an integral part of our dynamic teams, which include Funding & Disbursements, Account Servicing, and Account Opens & Top-ups.

About Platform Operations

The Platform Operations division is composed of various teams dedicated to supporting our esteemed financial advisers with the management of their accounts on our advanced platform.

Each team has its unique responsibilities, yet they collaborate closely to ensure an exceptional adviser experience. Our teams operate under strict deadlines and adhere to specific service level agreements.

As an associate in this division, you will be responsible for executing multiple processes efficiently and accurately, minimizing the risk of errors.

Work Environment

You will be part of a vibrant campus environment that reflects our high standards and international reputation, offering a unique work-life balance.

All positions are full-time, with a hybrid working model requiring three days in the office each week. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
