About Platform Operations

The Platform Operations division comprises several teams dedicated to supporting our esteemed financial advisers in managing their accounts on the Fusion platform. Each team has a unique function, yet they collaborate closely to deliver an exceptional adviser experience, adhering to strict deadlines and service level agreements.

As an Operations Associate, you will engage in various processes, requiring you to work swiftly, efficiently, and accurately to minimize errors.

Work Environment

This role is based in a modern campus environment, promoting a balanced work-life dynamic. We offer full-time positions with a hybrid working model, requiring three days in the office each week. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
