Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing access to our internal adviser resource, managing client switches between advisers, and maintaining and updating client engagement documents.

The Operations Support Manager will also be responsible for managing feedback from BFP users and liaising with the development team, coordinating items for inclusion in the BFP internal newsletter, and engaging with product developers supported by Support Team Leaders.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in financial and/or professional services organizations, excellent communication skills, and a highly organized approach to business decision making. They will also have a sound knowledge and understanding of financial data and MI, and proven project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage access to our internal adviser resource
  • Manage client switches between advisers
  • Maintain and update client engagement documents
  • Manage feedback from BFP users and liaise with the development team
  • Coordinate items for inclusion in the BFP internal newsletter
  • Engage with product developers supported by Support Team Leaders
  • Manage ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
