Job Title: Business Growth Manager

Job Description:

Solmar Villas, a leading independent Villa Holiday Specialist, is seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our key accounts and developing strategic relationships with our wholesale partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with key account tour operators, including setting up and attending regular meetings to nurture those relationships
  • Track performance and identify areas for business growth
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts
  • Identify new distribution channels and opportunities for growth
  • Provide regular forecasts and updates on performance and sales analysis
  • Work with other departments to ensure good communication between key accounts and Solmar service and delivery teams
  • Attend relevant trade shows as required to develop business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience of presenting to and influencing a wide variety of audiences at a senior level
  • Confident and competent at networking and nurturing important relationships
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
  • Sales driven, account management skills
  • Computer literate and comfortable using technology such as Salesforce CRM systems and MS Office suite
  • A UK driving license
  • The ability to travel regularly within the UK and on occasion within Europe
