This is an exciting opportunity to join Oscar Associates (UK) Limited as a Business Development Manager, where you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expansion. As a member of our growing sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and managing a portfolio of sales leads.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct cold-calling and outreach to generate new business leads and arrange meetings with potential clients.
- Set and meet sales targets, guiding the sales team to achieve their goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and follow-up courtesy calls.
- Network with existing customers to maintain relationships and promote additional products and services.
- Provide technical advice to customers on computer systems and networks, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers.
- Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the industry, specifically in VoIP, Cybersecurity, Managed Print, and Disaster Recovery.
- Management experience is preferred.
- A full, clean UK driving license.
Oscar Associates (UK) Limited offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000, with first-year earnings of £65,000 and upwards of £85,000 by year two. You will also receive a car allowance of up to £4,500 per year and expert training from our Sales Director.
