Solmar Villas, a leading independent villa holiday specialist, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key account tour operators, setting up regular meetings to nurture relationships, track performance, and identify areas for business growth.
- Promote new services and products through distribution channels.
- Lead on key accounts trading reviews, identifying actions to take advantage of opportunities or reduce risk.
- Provide regular forecasts and updates on performance and sales analysis.
- Develop opportunities to broaden channels of distribution and achieve volume growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure good communication between key accounts and Solmar service and delivery teams.

Requirements:

- A strong knowledge of industry systems and processes.
- A self-starter with a strong team player mentality.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- Information gathering and interpretation skills.
- Sales-driven, account management skills.
- A good understanding of API connectivity.
- Computer literacy and comfort using technology such as Salesforce CRM systems and MS Office suite.
- A UK driving license.
- The ability to travel regularly within the UK and occasionally within Europe.
