**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Administrator to join our team at IPS Group. As a Graduate Trainee Insurance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in the charity sector with their insurance needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide high-quality customer service to clients and colleagues, responding to incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
* Oversee claims, notify insurers, and act as an intermediary throughout the claims process
* Prepare quarterly reports and send to clients
* Manage policy renewals, adjustments, and general policy administration
**Requirements**
* Degree-level education with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent telephone manner and high professional standards of work
* Ability to work accurately and consistently with thorough attention to detail
* Commitment to excellence and a desire to succeed in a dynamic team environment
