**Lightfoots LLP** Solicitors are looking for a **Legal Assistant** to join their **Family **team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the Fee Earners in the team with their caseload.

**Responsibilities**

- Supporting Fee Earners with the day to day management of clients and caseloads;
- Review and draft routine legal documents
- Create and maintain case files;
- Dealing with enquiries from clients, as necessary;
- Preparing invoices; and
- Attending court hearing and taking notes as required

**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years experience in an administrative position within professional services environment

**Key Skills**
- Effective communication skills and ability to take on multiple instructions from various fee earners in the team
- Ability to be proactive and handle a busy workload
- Ability to perform well under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Willingness to work as part of a team and take on adhoc tasks
- Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel
- Experience working with Adobe Pro
- Previous experience working on a case management system would be an advantage

**This is a part-time permanent position.**
