About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive customer service professional to join our team as an Account Servicing Advisor. As a key member of our Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Area Managers and leaseholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with Area Managers, Estate Managers, and other estate-based staff to promote the services of the Customer Experience Team and provide support and solutions to day-to-day issues.
  • Manage diaries and mailboxes for Area Managers, organizing estate visits, budget meetings, and account meetings in accordance with required timescales.
  • Provide administrative support throughout our property sales process, including updating the database, archiving routine, and issuing welcome letters.
  • Deal effectively with all telephone enquiries, providing solutions or referring to relevant team members with an emphasis on monitoring and tracking to resolution.
  • Perform general typing, filing, photocopying, and other reasonable office duties as required.
About You

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic individual with a background in roles such as conveyancing, legal secretaries, and paralegals. You will be a real ambassador for our customers, solution-focused, and able to drive change through people and processes. You will work in an intuitive way with a high level of responsibility, supporting the Area Managers and delivering a positive, prompt, and accurate service to our leaseholders, Estates Services Team, remote staff, contractors, and each other.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, 35 hours per week. Salary: £28,000 per annum.
