Reservations & Groups Coordinator Role

Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Reservations & Groups Coordinator to play a vital role in the efficient operation of our reservations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for all group operators.

  • Manage detailed records of No Shows and Late Cancellation bookings, monitored daily.
  • Track individual arrivals for the upcoming period in accordance with brand standards.
  • Ensure accurate entry of all reservations into the system.
  • Regularly communicate with guests to address any upcoming requests.
  • Maintain daily contact with the Reservations manager.
  • Ensure daily balance of all room types based on availability.
  • Handle group inquiries in the absence of the line manager.
