We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Complaints Manager to join our team at James & Partners in Brentford. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing new build reserved plots from reservation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all reserved plots, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate showroom viewings and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle general enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Coordinate maintenance with contractors and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in property management, customer care, or sales progression.
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of property management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
