Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is working with an award-winning developer to find a skilled Procurement Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in Surrey, this role offers a great opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a reputable company in the Construction industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring materials and plant, compiling monthly reports on budgeting control, resolving supplier disputes, and providing commercial support to the Senior Buyers, Quantity Surveyors, and Estimators.

  • Proven track record working as a Buyer for a reputable Residential Developer or Main Contractor
  • Experience in procuring materials and plant
  • Strong commercial skills, awareness, and astuteness
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid permanent employment history
  • CIPS qualification highly advantageous
  • Able to commute to near Guildford, Surrey on a daily basis
