Quantity Surveyor - Contract Opportunity

Job Summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain, managing projects from award through to final accounts, and reporting on monthly cost/value reconciliations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects, providing a comprehensive range of Civil engineering & Infrastructure solutions. You will be working with a leading Main & Regional Contractor, with over 30 years' experience operating throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain
  2. Managing projects from award through to final accounts
  3. Reporting on monthly cost/value reconciliations
  4. Assisting with change and managing variations

Requirements

  1. Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or other relevant qualification and experience
  2. Civil Engineering and Infrastructure experience
  3. Previous Main Contracting and or Sub Contractor experience
  4. NEC contract experience
  5. Sub contract procurement and management experience
  6. Financial reporting, remeasurement and take-off experience
