Senior Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure Development

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our infrastructure development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage costs and contracts for projects from inception to completion.
  • Minimise costs and enhance value for money while maintaining required standards.
  • Provide advice and guidance to Project QS and Assistant QS.
  • Risk management, procurement advice, and commercial management.
  • Interim valuations, payment assessment, and cost management.
  • Assess additional costs of design variations and provide substantiation.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Quantity Surveying qualification.
  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • NEC3 experience and knowledge of Early warnings and CE procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
