Job Summary

The Role

Via Westminster Drug Project is seeking a skilled Criminal Justice Recovery Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Probation Practitioners to case manage clients on probation, providing a seamless continuity of care upon release from prison.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within substance misuse and a strong understanding of the criminal justice system. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, delivering effective interventions, and completing detailed reports.

The Service

Via Westminster Drug Project is an established community service that delivers a range of clinical and psychosocial interventions. Our service is CQC registered and provides a wide range of pharmacological, psychosocial, recovery-orientated, health-focused, and inpatient interventions.

We are a friendly team of professionals who support each other. The service operates Monday to Friday, with core hours from 9am to 5pm. However, there may be occasions where you will be required to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and develop effective intervention plans
  • Deliver high-quality interventions and support clients in achieving their recovery goals
  • Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with Probation Practitioners and other partner agencies to ensure seamless continuity of care
