Who You Will Support:

In our services, we provide assistance to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries, helping them to lead fulfilling lives.

Role Overview:

As a Support Worker, you will engage in activities tailored to the interests of those you support, while also addressing their individual needs, including personal care, household tasks, and mobility assistance.

We understand that some individuals may require gender-specific support. For certain roles, a female colleague may be necessary due to genuine occupational requirements as defined by the Equality Act.
