Position: Care Support Specialist
Role Overview: We are looking for skilled Care Support Specialists to assist young individuals with complex autism in achieving greater independence. This role involves supporting their daily routines, including recreational activities, physical exercises, and personal care tasks. Experience working with individuals with complex autism is advantageous. The shifts will vary, encompassing both daytime and overnight support, creating a dynamic and engaging work atmosphere.
