About Aberlour Child Care Trust

Our residential service is designed to create a nurturing environment for young individuals, allowing them to engage in educational and community activities that help them achieve their personal goals.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Youth Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role involves working 37.5 hours per week in a residential setting that accommodates up to five young people.
As a Youth Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding our young residents towards their aspirations by assisting them with various daily activities. These activities may include educational pursuits such as attending school or college, as well as engaging in hobbies and outdoor sports.
This position operates on a residential rota, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays. While shifts are scheduled monthly, they may occasionally be adjusted to meet the needs of the service.
