About Aberlour Child Care Trust
At Aberlour, we are committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their past experiences. The young people we assist are unable to live safely with their families and often face challenges related to trauma and loss.
Our residential facility in the Highlands is designed to be a safe haven for these young individuals, where they can engage in educational and community activities aimed at achieving their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support young people in daily activities that promote their personal development.
- Facilitate educational opportunities, including school and college attendance.
- Encourage participation in hobbies and interests, including various outdoor activities.
- Work collaboratively with a team to create a positive living environment.
This position involves a 37.5-hour work week in a residential setting that accommodates up to five young individuals. The role requires flexibility, as shifts may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
