The Role
As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering our respite care services to carers and their loved ones. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centered support, enabling carers to take a break and maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respite care for 1-5 hours at a time, allowing carers to take a break and recharge.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with carers, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For

Benefits
- 35 days holiday per year, rising to 40 with service (pro-rata).
