Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Inverness, supporting two young men with varying needs. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping them achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene
  • Encourage participation in activities, such as swimming, football, and DIY
  • Assist with scheduling and attending appointments
  • Help with meal planning and shopping
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, colleagues, and families
