Job Title: Night Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate Night Care Support Worker to join our team and provide exceptional care for older people during the night.

As a Night Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing wakeful night duty cover, acting as a key worker for designated service users, and managing care plans with input from relevant stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting with personal and intimate care, supporting the use of aids and equipment, liaising with health professionals, and maintaining a high standard of the physical environment and personal effects.

You will also be responsible for monitoring nutritional needs, responding to emergencies, and participating in meetings as required.

This role requires working on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings, and compliance with health and safety, financial procedures, and ongoing training.

We are looking for an individual who is committed to demonstrating Christian values in their care and has a passion for delivering high-quality care to our service users.

Key Requirements:

  • SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings
  • Compliance with health and safety, financial procedures, and ongoing training
