Our client, a specialised provider of homecare in the Inverness area of Scotland, is seeking a dedicated nurse to join their team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with patients in their homes, providing high-quality care and support.

This role comes with some great benefits. You'll enjoy a starting salary of circa 33,000 to 38,000, plus the option of a company car or an extra 4,850 a year for car allowance. You'll also benefit from 33 days of holiday (including bank holidays) and paid NMC fees.

As a Community Nurse (RGN), your responsibilities will include:
  • Travelling to patients' homes within the Inverness region.
  • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide one-to-one care.
  • Delivering effective and high-quality nursing care to facilitate early supported transfer from hospital or prevent unnecessary admission.
  • Building lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and patient support networks.
  • Accurately documenting all patient care and clinical observations.
Package and Benefits:

The package for the Community Nurse (RGN) role includes:
  • Annual salary of 33,000 to 38,000
  • Company car or an extra 4,850 a year for car allowance.
  • Mileage expenses covered.
  • Working 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
  • 33 days holiday, including bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Paid NMC fees.
  • Fully paid induction plan and ongoing training.
To be successful as a Community Nurse (RGN), you should have:
  • A valid NMC pin number.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Experience in the care of IV devices and administering IV therapies.
  • Qualified RGN status.
  • Homecare experience (desirable).
