About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our Inverness services, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with their daily living needs, including personal care, household tasks, and mobility assistance.
- Encourage and enable individuals to participate in activities and interests that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that individuals receive comprehensive and person-centered care.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.50.
