About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our Inverness services, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with their daily living needs, including personal care, household tasks, and mobility assistance.
  • Encourage and enable individuals to participate in activities and interests that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that individuals receive comprehensive and person-centered care.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
