Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused German Customer Experience Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering personalized advice and support to our customers, ensuring their experience with our brand is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized advice and support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media

• Manage real-time social media interactions, building our communities and delivering a personalized experience to our customers

• Handle operational elements of our customer's experience, including order and delivery queries

• Manage daily tasks, output, and achievement to meet set KPIs, with a focus on outperforming expectations

• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to deliver a seamless and on-brand experience to our customers

Essential Requirements

• Fluency in German language, both written and spoken

• Customer service or sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

• Proven experience in self-development and a willingness to learn and grow

• Creative, high-energy, and innovative approach to problem-solving

• Proven track record of delivering to target and exceeding expectations

• Ability to build relationships at speed and scale, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
