About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead our German Customer Experience team. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through exceptional customer experience and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy to increase new customer numbers and retention rates.
  • Manage and deliver key performance targets, ensuring the brand is represented to the highest possible degree in all interactions.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver personalized and on-brand experiences to customers.
  • Lead the implementation of core KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our new Wow strategy.
  • Manage real-time social media DMs, building communities and delivering a personalized experience to customers.
  • Handle operational elements of customer experience, including order and delivery queries.
Requirements
  • High standards for quality of delivery from yourself and from others.
  • Great at building positive, productive relationships.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a flexible, can-do attitude.
  • Language capabilities and high standard of written and spoken German.
  • Customer service or sales experience, with the ability to handle people effectively.
  • Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful individual ready to take on a challenge.
