The Department of Science is in search of a dedicated individual to fill the position of Administrative Operations Coordinator. This role is pivotal in overseeing and orchestrating various essential functions that contribute to the effective administration, financial management, human resources, and event coordination within the department.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the broader operations team and liaise with other departments, including Central Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing, to deliver support and guidance to academic staff regarding budget management and HR-related inquiries.

Ideal applicants will have a background in finance-related roles and experience in refining and improving administrative processes. A strong dedication to delivering exceptional service, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and the ability to manage intricate workloads are crucial. Furthermore, candidates must demonstrate flexibility, the capacity to implement compliance and regulatory updates, and develop suitable procedures, alongside possessing excellent IT skills.
