Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join KJ Talent & Partners as a Senior Commercial Manager, where you will be responsible for driving retail sales with a portfolio of customers, including John Lewis, Space NK, and Sephora. As a key member of the team, you will develop and implement long-term commercial strategies, monitor and track performance, and integrate brand campaigns into commercial plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies across each account, driving sales through clever sales and marketing solutions.
- Excellence in forecasting and ensuring targets are effectively set and communicated to the wider business.
- Monitor and track sell-in and sell-out performance, identifying opportunities for stretch plans or gap plans to achieve forecasted sales.
- Integrate key brand campaigns, product launches, and promotions into commercial plans to present to and engage key partners on a seasonal basis.
Requirements
- A successful commercial, digitally focused sales professional with a track record of success within a quality consumer brand, ideally in the beauty sector.
- Experience working within UK wholesale channels or high-street or grocery.
- Experience of running and owning a P&L.
- A proven track record of progressive digitally oriented sales management success and commercial know-how within the beauty industry.
- Strong analytical skills, a keen business acumen, and commercial nous.
- A hands-on approach, and enjoy leading on strategy, whilst also engaging in strategy delivery.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent customer relationship management expertise.
