Senior Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join our Commercial Department at NEOM Wellbeing. This is a senior leadership role that will be responsible for overseeing and driving the UK Commercial Wholesale team to achieve agreed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team to execute strategy and achieve sales goals for the UK wholesale channel
- Accountable for the delivery of the rolling 12-month commercial strategy through clever sales and marketing solutions
- Fully master and own channel and account P+Ls to make strategic decisions and achieve sales objectives
- Have a strong understanding of all accounts within the channel and adapt the commercial strategy accordingly
- Excellence in forecasting, ensuring targets are effectively set and communicated to the wider business
- Integrate all key brand campaigns and product launches into the channel strategy and present these regularly to retailers
- Understand the wider company strategy and how the wholesale UK channel contributes to this
- Ensure both instore and online excellence is achieved through regular store visits and site reviews
- Monitor and track both sell in and sell out performance, taking responsibility for identifying stretch plans or gap plans where necessary
- Previous management experience within Wholesale UK channels
- Experience of the key accounts within the wholesale UK channel; Department Stores, Chains, QVC
- Experience in managing a team and strong leadership skills
- Prior experience within the beauty industry is desirable
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the brand
- Strong knowledge in the operations and systems, ERP
- Naturally customer focused, understanding of assets and activation opportunities in UK wholesale
- Maintain strong knowledge for skincare/beauty/wellbeing trends and be able to apply these
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate, persuade and mediate at all levels both within the organisation and with external partners
- Commercially minded and able to work proficiently with numbers: Forecasting, Margins, P&L, etc
- Be flexible and able to adjust to work processes or procedures
- Unrelenting focus on team performance, development, engagement and championing their wellbeing
- A desire for excellence to inspire the team and to keep a continuous eye on what is working and needs to be challenged
