Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute channel strategies to deliver profitable growth and business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure profitable growth plans and business objectives
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in wholesale, convenience, and forecourts, as well as other off-trade sectors
- Deliver category-driving annual business plans, including key sales and growth drivers such as share of shelf, POS, distribution, pricing, promotions, and investment
- Analyze sales data to continually improve and develop sales strategy
- Share data and insights with the business to inform key decisions
- Education to at least degree level, or equivalent, with specific experience delivering in a fast-growing, food or drinks brand
- Minimum of 3+ years previous experience within a branded and fast-growing, food or drinks brand
- Direct responsibility for wholesale, grocery, or convenience channels with full P&L responsibility
- Strong and existing relationships within the wholesale, grocery, and convenience channels
- Results-oriented, commercially savvy, and a great brand ambassador
- Competitive base salary
