Due to ongoing expansion and success, there is an exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join their team.


As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing client relationships, contributing to the company's growth objectives.

With prior experience in addressing customer needs within a dynamic office setting, you will be adept at quickly building rapport, discerning requirements, enhancing existing client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. Additionally, you will identify potential new clients to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Offering customized solutions by understanding individual client needs.
  • Negotiating pricing for products, basic conversion tasks, and transport sales with suppliers.
  • Managing inventory, purchasing stock, and overseeing consignment warehouse supplies.
  • Preparing quotations.
  • Following up on all leads and active quotations to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Managing client accounts to maintain relationships and secure future business.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and suppliers through phone and email to sustain business relationships.
There is potential for this individual to advance into a senior role within the Sales team, overseeing a group of sales executives and Account Managers.


The ideal candidate will possess a background in business-to-business Sales or Account Management, with a proven track record in fast-paced business environments.

You will be driven and eager to progress your career into sales management.
