Involve Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time and permanent basis. Our client is a privately owned, independent company with a strong reputation in the industry.

This company offers a high-quality service to various sectors, including Automotive, Building, Domestic appliance, Lighting/Energy, and more.


Key Responsibilities:

  • * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.
  • Manage stock levels, purchasing, and consignment warehouse supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Create and present quotations to customers to secure new business.
  • Follow up on all leads and quotations to maximize sales.
  • Account manage all customers to maintain relationships and secure future business.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to maintain business relationships.

Requirements:

  • * Essential experience in an Account Management role with a B2B background.
  • Previous experience in Engineering or Manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
