We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market reach through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to establish thought leadership and expand our network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advances in technology to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
- Proven track record as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a global, multicultural environment.
- Desire and capability to work in a proactive and self-managed manner.
