This privately owned independent company who has been operating since 1990, offers a high-quality service throughout many industries including Automotive, Building, Domestic appliance, Lighting/ Energy and more.

Duties:-

  • Answering inbound customer enquiries either by over the phone, email and face to face.
  • Providing tailored solutions to customers by identifying their individual needs
  • Negotiate prices for products, basic conversion work and transport sales with suppliers
  • Manager stock, purchasing stock and overseeing consignment warehouse supplies
  • Raise quotations
  • Follow up all leads and live quotations to maximise sales.
  • Account manage all customers to maintain relationships and secure future business
  • Liaising with internal departments and suppliers by phone and email to maintain business relationships.

Key Skills:-

  • Essential you have worked within an Account Management role previously and have a B2B background.
  • If you have worked within Engineering or Manufacturing this would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Good negotiation skills.
