Red Recruitment is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join our esteemed client, who provides services to over 70,000 organizations throughout the UK and Ireland.
Compensation and Benefits for Client Relationship Executive:
- Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + £15,000 Performance Related Bonus + OTE £45,000 (uncapped)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of a Client Relationship Executive:
- Overseeing client relationships to ensure achievement of retention targets and renewal of issued premiums
- Providing consultancy services to clients regarding product options and specialized services such as onsite training and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
- Upholding the highest standards of customer service and support for the sales and bid teams
- Developing and nurturing client accounts to enhance understanding and provide promotional support through effective communication
- Maintaining personal statistical renewal reports daily, identifying at-risk clients and potential opportunities
Essential Skills and Experience of a Client Relationship Executive:
- Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager is essential
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport
- Proven history of meeting KPIs
- Customer service-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- A full UK driving license is preferred
