Job Title: Debt Recovery Support Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our debt recovery team at Francis Wilks & Jones. As a Debt Recovery Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team in delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening new client and matter files, ensuring accurate data entry and timely completion.
  • Preparing Letters of Claim for team leader approval, maintaining attention to detail and adherence to company procedures.
  • Liaising with the Courts to obtain information and documentation, utilizing effective communication skills.
  • Assisting the Head of Debt Recovery with billing procedures and cash received procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ordering stationery for the Debt Recovery Team as needed, maintaining a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Responding promptly to client enquiries and correspondence, providing excellent customer service with the support of other team members and the team leader.
  • Performing other ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
