About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor / Technical Support Advisor to join our team at Jobwise Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle incoming customer queries via various channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex technical problems, collaborating with internal teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our company's products and services, staying up-to-date with new technologies and innovations.
  • Workload Management: Prioritize and manage a busy workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective communication with customers.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record all customer interactions and issue resolutions in our internal system.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a telecoms, IT, or technical environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £24,000 per annum, with a realistic OTE of £25,200 per annum.
