- CRM Management: Update and maintain our CRM system to reflect customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Past Sales Experience: Proven sales experience within a technical environment or industry, with a strong track record of success.
- B2B Sales Experience: Experience in business-to-business sales, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Customer-Focused: A customer-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional service and support.
- Sales and Marketing Skills: Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital engagement tools, such as Teams and Zoom, to facilitate remote sales calls and meetings.
- Continuous Learning: A willingness to learn and continually improve, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped OTE and benefits
