About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Specialist to join our team at Kratos Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Sales and Technical Account Management: Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide technical guidance to clients.
  • Level 3 Support: Provide advanced technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Liaison with Developers: Act as a key liaison point with our development team to ensure that clients receive the maximum benefit from our products.
  • Collaboration with Customer Success and Product Management: Work closely with our customer success and product management teams to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Product Suite Expertise: Have in-depth knowledge of our product suite, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and web security testing.
  • Client Support: Ensure that clients receive timely and effective support, including investigating bug reports and providing regular updates.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report to the Director of Technical Support and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
  • Requirements: A degree in computer science, IT, or a technical/scientific discipline, and previous experience in pre-sales or technical support within the software industry. Experience in cyber security is highly desirable.
  • Work Environment: Our office is located in South Manchester, and we require our team members to be commutable to the office each day.
