Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of client campaigns to ensure high-quality results and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate sponsor content, including program sessions, editorials, webcasts, and roundtables, to engage corporate members and drive business growth.
- Proactively manage accounts and report on customer health to internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Develop and implement customer success improvement plans to drive long-term relationships and revenue growth.
Requirements
- A proven background in customer success, with experience as a customer success manager in a similar organization (events and media preferred).
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for customer success and event management.
