About the Role

The Music Market is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive, Personal & Creative Assistant to support a globally recognized Artist in their creative endeavors. As a key member of the Artist's team, you will play a vital role in fostering an environment that promotes creative productivity and nurtures a balance between professional obligations and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Artist's creative team, developing a thorough knowledge of projects to act on behalf of the Artist as needed.
  • Facilitate the creative process by effectively managing resources, coordinating with collaborators, and ensuring all necessary tools and environments are available.
  • Ring-fence time in the Artist's schedule to ensure sufficient time for well-being and creativity.
  • Handle day-to-day communications with the Artist's team and collaborators, ensuring seamless coordination across projects.
  • Coordinate logistics for the Artist's home and studio, arranging travel, accommodation, and personal appointments.
  • Preserve the Artist's privacy by maintaining a mindful approach to paparazzi and security needs related to logistics.
  • Provide critical support during tour periods, assisting with travel, logistics, dressing room, and backstage arrangements.
  • Facilitate an orderly personal life by arranging appointments, prioritizing well-being, liaising with household staff, and organizing the home life.

  • Preparedness to travel at short notice and for potentially long periods of time.
  • Able to gain an understanding of the Artist's needs and ensure optimal availability for work.
  • Multi-tasking abilities that encompass adapting to new challenges using excellent organizational skills.
