We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a Creative Production Manager to join Biscuit Recruitment, a leading agency in artist management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability and ensure that all productions are executed to the highest standards, adhering to timelines and budget constraints. This role is crucial within the agency, requiring a professional demeanor and the ability to serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with agents, clients, and artists regarding all production-related details, including travel logistics.
  • Develop and oversee production budgets for each project.
  • Manage the timeline for each project, encompassing both pre-production and post-production phases.
  • Supervise vendors and service providers to ensure all requirements are met, while meticulously tracking expenses, invoices, and legal documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients and creative teams within the industry.
  • Review and approve financial statements for artists, ensuring job closures are completed within accounting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Stylist Producer and Junior Producers to manage casting, photo release tracking, contact databases, portfolio management, location scouting, call sheets, and post-production schedules.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management of the internal Lookbooks database.
  • Negotiate usage rights for all assigned artists, drafting photography agreements, and ensuring contracts are reviewed and signed by the appropriate agents.
  • Guide and mentor junior producers and production coordinators.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with partner offices internationally.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 18 months of experience in a production role, preferably within an artist management context.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong conceptualization abilities.
  • A flexible and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Self-driven and confident in decision-making.
  • Hands-on approach to tackling challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale and intricate projects.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and taking initiative.
  • Capability to oversee processes from inception to completion.
  • Deep understanding of both technical and creative production processes.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in client management and service.
  • Familiarity with Mac OSX operating systems.
  • Strong budgeting and negotiation skills.
