Key Responsibilities- International Tour Planning: Work closely with our team to plan and coordinate international tours for our priority artist.
- Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to our artist during the creative process, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate campaigns around each release, including music formats, merchandise, touring, and other related activities.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the management of social media channels, both in and out of campaign, to ensure our artist's online presence is strong and engaging.
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with wider campaign teams, including publicists, booking agents, business managers, labels, tour managers, digital strategists, musicians, and crew.
- Daily Artist Support: Provide daily support to our artist, including in-person meetings, phone calls, video calls, and email communication.
- Promotional Activities: Plan and manage all promotional activities, working closely with our accounts team to ensure seamless execution.
- Administrative Tasks: Secure visas, passports, and required travel documents, as well as manage invoices, payments, and other third-party income.
- Demonstrable Experience: Proven experience in artist management, with a strong track record of success.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Computer Literacy: High degree of computer literacy, with proficiency in word-processing, database, spreadsheet, Google Docs, and email software.
