Job Details

Our client, a global dance/electronic music company, is seeking an enthusiastic Day-To-Day Artist Manager . This is an exciting opportunity to work with global electronic music artists’ marketing and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

Running day-to-day activities for two key clients. Reporting to the artists’ primary managers and serving as a main point of contact between the artist and wider teams. Representing the artist in meetings with record labels, creatives, social media managers, and other third parties to drive global marketing campaigns. Building, tracking, analysing and reporting record campaign performance. Taking ownership of strategies and providing actionable insights from record campaign performance weekly. Managing content creation wherever needed, to include records and touring. Engaging content creators, sourcing and negotiating their hire. Analysing social and DSP data and applying to artist and campaign strategy. Managing the artists’ social media strategy, creative, and execution. Travelling with artist to key promotional and live events. Providing executive assistance to the artist and primary manager to include diary management, meeting scheduling, booking travel, handling expenses, and booking recording sessions. Conducting A&R administration to include; publishing splits negotiation, backend filing, registering music, label copy, mixing and mastering booking, delivering records to record label.

Requirements:

Record Marketing Campaign experience (essential). Digital marketing experience. Understanding of A&R administration, label copy, registering tracks with collection societies. Enthusiasm for social, creative, and digital culture. Proven Passion for and in-depth knowledge of Electronic Music essential Able to strategise and execute. Resourceful, creative and flexible approach. Highly organised and detail-oriented. Clear communication skills.
