Job Overview

Care Home Sales and Marketing Role

Cinnamon Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Hartwood House, a leading care home provider in the UK.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales leads, pipeline, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing events, exhibitions, and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Key Performance Indicators:
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
    • Improve sales and marketing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the care home or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
