Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Hartwood House, a stunning 50-bedded care home in a picturesque location.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Marketing professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase occupancy rates.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to promote our services.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents, their families, and our internal teams.
  • Collaborating with our care teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality care experience for our residents.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in the care sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets and deadlines.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
