Care Home Sales and Marketing Role
Cinnamon Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Hartwood House, a leading care home provider in the UK.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales leads, pipeline, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing events, exhibitions, and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales efforts.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the care home or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
