Senior Group Financial Reporting Specialist

INEOS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Group Financial Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic finance team.
Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting processes across the entire INEOS group.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare consolidated statutory accounts for IGH S.A. and INEOS Industries Ltd., adhering to IFRS standards.
- Manage audit queries related to both IGH and Industries Groups, ensuring seamless communication with external auditors.
- Develop and deliver the quarterly consolidated report for IGH S.A., providing insightful financial analysis to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with directors to obtain essential letters of support and representation for the UK statutory accounts.
- Conduct monthly reviews of management accounts for both IGH and Industries, identifying key trends and performance indicators.
- Lead and coordinate the consolidation process for annual budgets across the entire INEOS organization, including preparing comprehensive budget review presentations.
- Prepare detailed Group budgets encompassing desk charges and management fees, ensuring accurate financial forecasting.
- Calculate virtual debt charges, providing critical data for financial analysis and decision-making.
- Develop compelling presentations for the Group CFO and Group FC, effectively communicating complex financial information.
- Contribute to Group refinancings by assisting with the preparation of Offering Memorandums, demonstrating strong financial modeling skills.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects, such as the 5-year plan, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Mentor and develop the Group Financial Accountant, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Work closely with the Group tax and treasury teams, ensuring seamless integration of financial processes across departments.
- Ensure timely reporting of Foreign Subsidiary Regulation and turnover analysis to the Group Legal department for submission to competition authorities.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Group CFO and FC as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain and update the Group Accounting manual, serving as a resource for technical accounting guidance across the organization.
- Provide insightful analysis of the Group's externally reported results, leveraging your deep understanding of IFRS principles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of Group Finance projects, including corporate activity (e.g., accounting for acquisitions/disposals), finance system developments, and the implementation of new accounting standards.
- Champion a robust control environment by overseeing the design and operation of controls over reporting processes, reviewing business submissions, and driving continuous process improvement.
